The hotel was beautifully designed with a modern feel and French panache. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the amenities were up to par. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that they offered.

The staff at the hotel were not experienced in dealing with English-speaking guests. It made navigating through the hotel difficult, and I encountered several miscommunications during my stay. Additionally, the noise level during the New Year celebrations was quite loud, making it difficult to rest properly.

I loved my room’s ambiance, especially the comfortable pillows, and what a peaceful sleep I had. Besides, the pool was fantastic; I relaxed there a lot, and the pleasant weather was an added advantage. The gym was fantastic, and I enjoyed using it as per my convenience.

The area surrounding the hotel had an opera house and sports facilities. the concierge was very accommodating and didn't overquote us for taxi services, exceeding our expectations. the ambiance in the room was beautiful with comfy pillows and a relaxing pool and gym.

The language barrier was a slight issue with staff not being able to communicate effectively in English but understandable as the country isn't primarily English-speaking.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had beautiful decor with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel was also centrally located, making it easy to find transportation and nearby activities.

The staff had difficulty understanding and communicating with us in English. This caused some confusion during our stay.
